This was an amazing beach home, our new favorite!!

The kitchen had everything we needed from kid plates to Tupperware. What a great kitchen space for cooking! We made almost every meal at home. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of towels provided and clean bathrooms. They had all sorts of other things available - Tide, needle and thread, batteries. You name it! We also made use of the beach wagons and LOVED the pool. It was chilly but that didn’t stop us. I saw a previous review list some issues but they appeared to all be resolved by our stay!

The only upkeep issue we noticed was that the deck had some loose rails. Totally fine for adults but we had to keep a close eye on the kids. It’s a beach house though, they’re always under repair!

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the home is nice—close to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream. The kitchen was nice, many beach chairs provided and the children enjoyed the pool.
That said, we did notice several maintenance and cleanliness issues that we wanted to flag for your attention. In the upstairs master bedroom, the toilet paper holder was poorly mounted and fell off. There was a larger hole in the same wall that was poorly covered and ended up ripping during our stay.The other bedrooms each had an issue, blinds that didn’t work and a closet door already off its track. The keypad didn’t work upon arrival. There was hair in the master shower, crumbs under the sofas, and piles of sand in corners of rooms. It was evident the exterior areas of the home were not cleaned/staged because we found a rusted kitchen knife by the pool. Most of the outdoor seating was either missing cushions, ripped or so molded we couldn’t use them, like the bed swing. All was shared with CoastAway

Spent a week here with my family and this house was everything and MORE. The house was spotless. The location was amazing. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated and felt very much like home. Pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. The outdoor seating on every level was awesome. The pool area was a great outdoor space to gather and entertain. The highlight of our trip had to be the swinging full size bed on the top deck. So many amazing naps took place on that swing! My 21 year old daughter and her boyfriend were with us and very much enjoyed the privacy of the mother-in-law suite on the first level. The house has beach chairs, pool floats, a cooler, etc... You could lierally just show up with your swim suit and be good to go! I will return to this house EVERY TIME I am in Holden Beach. Thank you for a great stay!

We stayed at this property for four days in October and had a greqt experience. The property was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities that were listed. The property was well manicured outside and the swimming pool and firpit were awesome. Upon arrival we found the property in a very clean and tidy and in working condition. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the sinks and showers was good. Maybe it was because we were there in the off season, but there were no crowds to speak of and we felt like we had a lot of privacy at the property. Overall, this was a very good experience.

Wish we had better weather for the stay but we were able to what we wanted to do while on vacation. Wish the house was a little closer to the beach but the walk wasn’t bad at all. Very clean. Neighborhood was very friendly.

The location was so convenient! Right in between the ocean and the marsh, it was a safe, easy walk for teens and grandparents to get to the water, go fishing, and get ice cream! Nice, safe place for morning runs, too.

The host was incredibly responsive and even replaced a tv that was reported broken.

The house was beautiful! We didn’t realize that the in-law suite is separate from the main house- but it worked out ok.

We’ll be back next year, Holden Beach!

The house was recently renovated and it is amazing. Exactly as per the picture. House is 3 min walking from the beach and 4 min walking from great restaurants. It was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend.
