Pool Heating Information

Pool heating is available for $100 per night.

The maximum pool temperature is 86°F. Please note that pool heaters are affected by outdoor temperatures. If outside temperatures drop below 55°F, we are unable to activate the heater due to the risk of damage to the equipment and plumbing.

Pool heating is not available from mid-November through March.

If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival, as it typically takes approximately 12 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature.

This house may be the nicest house our family has ever rented at Holden Beach! The pool is nice and large and the house is very spacious!

The view from the top floor is really great. The surrounding neighborhood and the island itself is pretty lackluster, maybe 2-3 okay restaurants. Everything worth anything was a 20-30 minute drive away. Overall, the price we paid wasn't worth it. We had to wait over 2 hours to check-in because there wasn't accurate communication with the cleaners. We were notified 30 minutes prior to check-in that the cleaners didn't show up and that we needed to wait at the pool while replacement cleaners came to clean up. And because of the rush job, there were a lot of trash, food, and stains left behind. We had 3 infants under 12 months with us so waiting outside in the heat after 6+ hours of driving was extremely stressful, especially with just a 30 minute heads up. The describition we got for the beach access was 'shared public'. But when we arrived there was a private bridge built. Would have been nice to know prior. The house is nice and you can tell the GC really cared when building it.

We have stayed in rentals all over the world and this one is probably the best one. Everything was really thought out and was laid out perfect for a large group. We cook a lot and we had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. It’s convenient to everything and there places you can walk to. The shell and shark teeth hunting was great. The only con I can think of is the pool has a really strange layout and it made it extremely hard to get in and out of due to no railing to hold onto and it’s not very clear where the steps are. The brand new private beach access is super nice. There was a bunch of beach toys and boogie boards that the kids loved. This is the first house that has provided beach towels and that was great. All the beds were very comfortable. We would stay again and recommend to anyone with a large group.

We loved this house so much! The kitchen was awesome. It’s so nice to have the 36” range and 2 refrigerators. We could comfortably cook large meals and move around. And no one was stuck with a queen bed or had to share a bathroom. The whole home was comfortable and beautiful.

We were very happy with the house and pool. Everything was clean and in good order. There were a lot of gnats even in the house but apparently everyone was experiencing them. We will definitely plan to come back.

We loved this house, found that it fit our family perfectly. We needed the rooms and space. It is well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the two refrigerators. We also loved that it was close to the beach and had a pool. We will come back here.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was immaculately clean from top to bottom, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, whether inside or on the spacious deck. The views of the beach were absolutely stunning. We could hear the waves and watch the sunrise every morning. One of our favorite features was the pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day in the sun. This place had everything we needed for a peaceful and memorable beach vacation. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning home with great ocean front views. I guess if there was a downside it was that the access to the walkway to the beach was beside the property. It is a shared path. The property has a beautiful well equipped kitchen amd so many top of the line conveniences. The price is ok for the home but you would think with the price it would have its own beach access. You can tell at one time it did. It wasn’t a deal breaker for sure, we had an absolute ball staying with our family at this home. Definitely will do our best to stay here again!!! Thanks for providing a very clean and comfy home..
