This home is stunning! With porches, balconies and large windows all around, the natural light streams in throughout the day. The large rooms are perfect for big families and the video game room is a nice extra. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pot and pans - everything needed to cook for a crowd. The master suite has a walk-in closet, balcony overlooking the pool area and deep soaking tub. And speaking of the pool area, wow! There are plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool & hot tub. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic and the fire pit was a pleasant surprise. The entire house was spotless and we had plenty of towels etc. We highly, highly recommend you rent this house… You will not be disappointed!

The house was amazing, I was very impressed by the fit and finish of the entire house down to the rounded wall corners help with the little ones not getting hurt while playing, each room was comfortable and well appointed, the kitchen had plenty of cooking equipment silverware etc.. The pool and hot tub were awesome and clean, also the House has the Sonos stereo system with speakers everywhere, the poolside kitchen was setup for some major grilling, also the home owner had a golf cart available for rent at the time we went which was convenient. All in all 5 stars for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The home owner Mr Costner was very down to earth and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of this home is perfect! Close to the beach - just a short walking distance, or a quick 1-2 minute drive. Loved spending the day on the ocean then coming back to the house to enjoy the pool and hot tub - which are fabulous!!! The outdoor shower, grill and speakers are an added bonus too :) The house is very private, it sits in a nice quiet nook, very comfortable and a nice spacious kitchen. We saw many crabs, frogs, deer, and many heat lightning storms. This house is nicely located around things to do. Within just an hour you can drive to Myrtle Beach SC - there is so much to do there! (Ripleys Aquarium, Wax museum, mini golf, the skywheel, shopping, Broadway at the beach, dinner theater - I highly recommend) or stay locally as there are many places to shop and explore and many yummy restaurants - highly recommend Ocean Isle Fish Company - SO delish! As well as the many yummy ice cream places to chose from. Overall, we had an amazing time, which we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back in the future.

The house was in excellent condition and included many extras including beach chairs etc. Josh, the host, was a pleasure to deal with as was our Coastaway rep. It was right on the beach, which was what we wanted. It was a fun extended family trip. We will definitely try to book it again next summer.

Communication was excellent, property was clean, honestly one of the best beach stays we’ve had. Booking while in California I was a little weary but upon arrival everything was excellent, will definitely be back here next summer!!!!!!! Josh and Alyssa were great!!!!!

This house was a little piece of heaven! The layout of the house was perfect for a large family gathering. The decks offer the most gorgeous views on the island. We enjoyed walking out into the inlet at low tide. The pool was perfect for a big family and the elevator was a huge plus since we had our mom with us. Josh was an excellent host and went well over what was expected to make sure we were comfortable and happy! You won’t be sorry staying at this lovely home! In fact, we hope to make it make next year!
