Tangerine is a bright 5BR, 5BA Oak Island getaway for 14 (+2 on pull-out sofa). Enjoy a private pool, spacious decks, and just a short walk to the beach! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the bunk room is perfect for kids. Fully stocked kitchen, upgraded linens & towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a gas grill make it ideal for family vacations, friends’ getaways, or special celebrations.

Main Level Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed, pool views, private ensuite with tub/shower

Bedroom 2: King bed, street side, private ensuite with tub/shower

Bedroom 3: King bed, street side, private ensuite with tub/shower

Top Level Bedrooms:

Bedroom 4: King bed, pool views, private ensuite with tub/shower

Bedroom 5: Twin/full bunk + Full/full bunk, private ensuite with tub/shower

Pool Info:

– Private and unattended; swim at your own risk!

– Pool heating available April, May, Sept, Oct ($100/day)

Optional heating Nov–Mar: $75/day (If the weather allows it)

Not Allowed / House Rules:

– Must be 25+ to book; if your group isn’t related, average adult age must be 25+

– No house parties or prom events

– No smoking inside or on/around the property (violation = $500 fee)

– No charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers on premises

– Fireplace is decorative only — not for use

– Children must be supervised in the pool at all times

– No food, drinks, alcohol, or glass in or around the pool

– Unauthorized pets not allowed; approved pets only

– Guests must follow check-out procedures; extra cleaning fees may apply

– Security cameras monitor parking areas and entrances
